Abstract
In this paper, I review the literature on Loss-DiVincenzo qubits and, specifically, high-fidelity readout in such qubits. I design and implement two new methods for the analysis of readout data from a quantum point contact on our device and benchmark the two models, demonstrating that one of our models outperforms the previous analysis method. Finally, I analyze how this high-performance method relaxes constraints for high-fidelity readout in future experiments and find that the lower bound on SNR decreases by a factor of ∼ 0.6 and the upper bound on our low-pass filter frequency cut-off increases by a factor of ∼ 1.3.
